Yoga Meets HIIT with a Pedro Twist
This class is designed to make you sweat! A little bit of vinyasa yoga splashed with a bunch of core, cardio, arms, and strengthening exercises. After a blissful cool down you will certainly be off to the cosmos.

Vin/Yin Yoga 6:00-7:00 pm EST
In this class we will warm up with some gentle vinyasa yoga for the first half of class, and then slow it down into our yin practice. During the yin portion of class we will hold the poses for a longer period of time and allow ourselves an opportunity to get into the deeper connective tissues of the body.

Tuesday
Energizing Vinyasa 6:00-7:00 pm EST
Together we will build the heat from within, flow through shapes, and spice it up with chaturangas. This class will get your heart pumping and your energy flowing.

The perfect way to end your week! In this class we will ease into some gentle yoga poses while being supported by props (optional), and then be guided into bliss with a wonderful Yoga Nidra.

Slow Flow Vinyasa Yoga 8:00-9:00 am EST
A wonderful slow paced vinyasa yoga flow to warm us up from the inside out. Together we will bring the mind and body into balance using our breath as the bridge.
