Yoga For Deep Sleep & Relaxation is a series of 7 practices designed to help you fall asleep, stay asleep, and deeply relax.

With so many people struggling with getting quality sleep Pedro & Taz wanted to step up and offer a solution.

 

What's included in this video series?

 

  • 4 different Yoga practices in this series. Each of them are a different length of time, so depending on how much time you have/need you can choose the best fit for you for the day.

  • 1 breathwork class that will help you calm the nervous system and drift off to sleep.

  • 2 guided meditations that you can simply put on as you lie down in your bed.

 

All of the ambient music by DJ Taz Rashid was specifically designed to help you relax deeply as the body and mind prepare for sleep.

 

The classes are best streamed through Bluetooth headphones as the music was created with binaural beats which are linked to REM sleep, a reduction in anxiety and stress, and help with deep relaxation.

Q: Can I practice these classes in my bed?

A: 100% Yes. Pajamas encouraged but not required.

 

Q: I’m a yoga beginner, is this course for me?

A: Yes indeed. The classes are easy to follow along to. No prior experience necessary.

 

Q: Can I use my phone to practice the videos?

A: Yes! No need to be at your desktop or laptop and then have to close it all down before trying to get to sleep. Just prop your phone up and settle into practice!

 

Q: If I don’t have trouble falling asleep are there still benefits to me purchasing this program?

A: YES! The practices will help you relax more and get into deeper sleep states.

Pedro Luna

Pedro is a South Florida based yoga instructor, experience creator, lululemon ambassodor, meme maker, and intertnaional retreat leader. Pedro has been teaching yoga since the fall of 2012. He has done multiple teacher traingings around the coutnry and is countally working on his craft. Pedro's mission in life is to share the gift of yoga with the world.

DJ Taz Rashid

Taz is a globally recognized musican and dj. As a musician, he plays guitar, piano, Native American Flute, didgeridoo and hand percussion. He takes these instruments and connects to source energy and what comes through has the ability to move people to connect to their higher selves. His vision is to be a channel to cause the expansion of all those around by tapping into the creative wisdom of the body and allowing them to feel, let go and awaken.
